RETURNS

 

We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchases, which is why we offer a 14-day return policy window for most items received in the condition it was purchased in. All orders purchased in holiday season (November to December) have until January 5th for returns. This means that the item must be postmarked within 30 days of when the tracking information shows receipt. Shipping is non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping.

 

Please note: All custom-made items are non-refundable unless received in a damaged or defective condition. As these are made just for you, we hope you understand!

 

Returning the item(s) is at your own risk; we are not liable for damages caused by inadequate packaging or if the item is damaged or lost while being returned to us. Items that are damaged when we receive them or postmarked outside of the listed time frame, will not be eligible for a refund and you will be notified.

 

For damaged and defective items, please email us within 48 hours of receipt with your order information and a photo of the damage/defect as well as the state of the packaging it was in. We will require this information to provide a refund or replacement. You will need to take the item to the nearest USPS and provide us a claim number. Upon this time, we will send a replacement as soon as possible. Should the customer want to return the item completely, you will receive a full refund for the product however shipping is non-refundable.
